Abstract

The article examines approaches to increasing the efficiency of the integration of passenger transport systems, in particular intercity and local connections. The key problems associated with the insufficient development of infrastructure, inconsistency of transport services and the complexity of organizing transfers between different modes of transport are analyzed. Solutions for the development of transport nodes, optimization of the route network and improvement of interaction between different modes of transport are considered. Particular attention is paid to improving the quality of local transport services, in particular through integrated schedule planning, increasing the frequency of traffic and introducing direct connections. Measures to improve transfer points are highlighted, including infrastructure development, increasing the level of comfort and ensuring accessibility for all categories of passengers. Modern approaches to organizing ticketing and tariff policy are studied, in particular the introduction of integrated tickets, smart cards and digital services. Considerable attention is paid to information support, marketing strategies and the creation of a single information space for users of transport services. Organizational and regulatory measures aimed at coordinating the activities of various transport operators, developing partnerships and improving the industry management system are also considered. It is determined that the comprehensive implementation of infrastructure, technological and management solutions contributes to increasing the efficiency of the transport system, reducing travel time, reducing costs and improving passenger comfort and safety.
