Open Access and Data Sharing Policy
The scientific journal “Central Ukrainian Scientific Bulletin. Technical Sciences” adheres to an open access policy for published materials, recognizing the priority of free dissemination of scientific information and knowledge exchange for global societal progress.
Users are granted free access to read, download, copy, and distribute the content for educational and scientific purposes, provided proper attribution is given to the authors. The journal operates under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
The journal’s open access policy is based on the recommendations and standards of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). - manuscripts are available without subscription or financial barriers;
- all materials are accessible immediately upon publication without delay.
Data Sharing Policy
The editorial board supports the principles of open science and encourages authors to make the research data underlying their articles accessible to the scientific community. Data sharing enhances transparency, reproducibility, and the overall advancement of science.
Types of Data That May Be Shared
Authors are encouraged to provide access to:
- primary experimental data;
- numerical datasets;
- algorithms, software code, or computational models;
- supplementary materials supporting the research findings.
Where Data May Be Deposited
Research data may be deposited in:
- open scientific repositories (e.g., Zenodo, Figshare, Dryad);
- institutional repositories of universities or research institutions;
- supplementary materials hosted on the journal’s website.
Data Availability Statement
If data are deposited in a repository, authors must provide a persistent identifier (e.g., DOI) in the article under a “Data Availability Statement”.
Example:
